Farrish's Little Girl, Jessica

Pictures from Jessica's adoptive family. She's a lucky little girl to have so many people who love her!

"I hope that you and your families had a nice Thanksgiving. We had a very nice and relaxing time with family and friends here. Attached are a few cute pictures of Jessie in her halloween costume. She won first prize in the costume contest at our church and got a $15 gift card to Walmart! Everyone thought she was so cute (and she really was!). I will send a few more pictures in another email and we will be sending a letter and pictures in the mail in a few weeks. Take care!

Love,
Bettie, Sam, Sammy, Sue, and Jessie

Sharon & Joe Bannister's Son

My great nephew, Robert Bannister, was confirmed at church in Michigan a couple of weeks ago. Congratulations, Robert.

Dorothy's Great Granddaughter

Jennifer's granddaughter was chosen to represent "Bethel Elementary School" as an attendee to the Junior National Young Leaders Conference in Washington DC in the spring 2010. She is 11 years old and a 6th grader at Bethel Elementary.
It is an honor to be nominated.. She hasn't decided about going because she is very young for such a big trip. I am sure there will be other opportunities for Breanna if she chooses not to attend this conference.
Thanks,
Proud Great Aunt of Breanna (Caroline Edwards)

Daily Reflector Article, Sunday's Edition

This is a picture of my brother, Bob Jr! (Robin, Chris, Carolyn, Thomas and Sharon's dad)

This article was randomly selected from the Pitt County Chronicles and run in today's local newspaper. Needless to say, I was very surprised to see it when I read today's paper.

I submitted this article years ago to the Chronicles of Pitt County, Volume 2. I was very involved in the DAR, Daughters of the American Revolution, at the time.
